"The workmen and lady that altered and fitted my kitchen were professional and courteous at all times. I was kept informed of progress. I was impressed in the way the workmen tidied up before they left for the night. This level of consideration was shown through the whole refit. Consideration was also shown with respect to my disability. In all, the major disruption didnt seem half as bad due to the good working relations I witnessed between the workmen, their politeness and consideration shown to me.
I believe in credit where credit is due, and BSG simply has to be the best both in quality of work and quality of their relationships with tenants"
