From start to finish, every project is monitored by our full time Resident Liaison Officer who stays in touch with residents and responds to their concerns. We also carry out performance monitoring and conduct satisfaction surveys upon completion of all works. 
 
Our company vehicles are electronically tracked, which enables us to react quickly to our customers' needs, and to provide KPI reports about our performance. 
 
When a new or replacement installation is commissioned (for example a gas boiler, a washing machine or central heating system) the installer demonstrates the appliance and hands over product literature, ensuring that the tenant is confident about how to use and maintain the equipment. 
 
When we work in occupied homes, we understand that it can be an anxious time for residents, and we do our utmost to make them feel safe. All BSG operatives are CRB checked and carry company identification cards
